project overview

Located on the intersection of Highway 10 and 200th Street on the South East Corner, this building needed to attract the eyes of the many who would pass by. We started from the ground up and strategically completed this project.

This very popular restaurant included a total of 301 interior and exterior seats. The exterior of the building consisted of brick, hardy panel, metal cladding and glazing. Included in the design was a beautiful 2,600 square foot patio for use all year around. In the design was a raised concrete planter wall, retractable vinyl screen and a glass canopy with exposed structural steel to alleviate some of the traffic noise from the bustling intersection. The exterior also boasts concrete board form architectural retaining walls to add that unique look.

Keeping the neighboring businesses in mind, we were sure to maintain sensitivity to the surrounding commerce environment during the construction process.

We had the opportunity to work directly with the owner on this project. Although there were various changes from the initial drawings, we were able to complete the project on time and on budget. In fact, we were proud to hear that this was the first Cactus Club build finished on time.
