Exterior and conference room renovations for Best Western.

We worked closely with management to undertake exterior and conference room renovations. The building had existing mold and water issues on the perimeter walls that required structural repair.
The exterior building portion consisted of repainting the entire metal roof, installation of new hardy board, cultured stone and stucco. We were required to remove and replace all window trim, flashing, and vents. New gutters, downspouts and repairs to the skylight were also required. The need for painting many items became very apparent throughout the process.
During the exterior construction we had tackled the conference room which was a major upgrade that consisted of new flooring, wall finishes, plumbing, HVAC, décor and much more. Again we had to take in to consideration that the hotel was fully operational during construction. All construction had to revolve around the day to day operations of the hotel.
