Summit Brooke Construction is a commercial construction company serving British Columbia with nearly three decades of experience delivering commercial and multi-family projects. From base-build work and concrete tilt-up to corporate roll-outs, tenant improvements, and ground-up multi-family communities, we act as the construction manager who keeps clients, consultants, and trades aligned from the first drawing to the final walkthrough. We manage commercial and multi-family construction projects across BC, from initial design coordination through occupancy, with an emphasis on organized, collaborative delivery.
Commercial Construction
Our commercial portfolio covers everything from concrete tilt-up industrial and base-build construction to tenant improvements and renovations in the retail, hospitality and healthcare sectors across Western Canada. We build those projects to meet current BC Building Code requirements for life safety, fire separation, and accessibility. We bring a value engineering review to every commercial project, looking at scope, budget, and schedule together so our clients get project efficiencies without cutting corners on quality.

Over the past three decades, we have helped build more than 1687 multi-family units throughout BC, with more currently under construction or in the pipeline. Our multi-family portfolio includes condos, townhomes and purpose built rental projects. Our team has a wealth of experience in both wood frame and concrete construction projects throughout BC and we get involved from the initial design concept through to construction rather than joining a project once the drawings are locked. That early involvement matters more now than ever. Multi-family construction costs and financing conditions have tightened across BC, and developers who bring their construction manager in early are better positioned to protect a project’s feasibility as it moves through design, permitting, and construction.

Every municipality in BC handles zoning, permitting, and inspection timelines a little differently, and we bring pre-established relationships with local officials and trades in each of these markets so our schedules account for the realities on the ground rather than a generic timeline.
